Jillian Michaels comes out in a beautiful way

Jillian Michaels has just become a mom... times two! Not only did she just adopt a little 2 year old girl, Lukensia, from Haiti, but her partner - Heidi Rhoades aka Mouse - also just gave birth to their son, Phoenix, on May 3 in Los Angeles.

Now, this isn't my interpretation of events, but Jillian Michaels' own account of recent events through an interview with People Magazine.

"In an exclusive at-home interview and photo shoot, she discusses the two-year journey that led her to her daughter and reveals an incredible twist of fate: Rhoades, 31, delivered their son the same week Michaels finally brought their daughter home."

Now, you all know I've previously been pretty irritated (and yes, maybe even a bit angry) by Jillian Michaels and the way she was out on one hand - via the "If I fall in love with a woman, that’s awesome. If I fall in love with a man, that’s awesome." statement in Ladies Home Journal back in January 2012 - but then on the other hand rejecting any kind of interview with AfterEllen in August 2011.

Of course, now it's pretty obvious that this was just about nine months ago, so maybe she was a bit stressed out and just plain nervous about too much stress and publicity on her personal life, while she and her partner was trying to get pregnant AND adopt.

Ever since I heard about her trying to adopt, I've been saying that she'd probably come out in a more public way as soon as everything was settled - just like Ricky Martin and Clay Aikin finally came out almost as soon as they became parents.

And isn't their daughter just the sweetest little girl.

In any case, I just want to say: Welcome to the family, Jillian! I never turned my back on you or gave up, but I sure did hold a grudge, so I'm feeling mighty fine now.

Have a very happy day everyone,

I just want to make out with Charlize...

No, not me... those words belong to Kristen Stewart! The exact words were:

"I just wanna make out with Charlize and wear boxer briefs. That's it. That's all I want."
- Kristen Stewart

But don't take my word for it. See and hear for yourself - right around the 0:29 mark:

Uh huh, that's right, she said it!

And I can definitely relate. I mean, Charlize is absolutely wonderful - both on the inside and outside - and she does have the most amazing and just downright contagious laugh. So, of course, she just kisses Kristen on the cheek, which prompts Kristen to say "No, not really!"

But, come on, we all know that even if you were just joking, there's truth in most jokes. I'll just borrow a little quote here, since I can't say it better myself anyway...

"My way of joking is telling the truth; that is the funniest joke in the world"
- George Bernard Shaw

And that's all I have to say about that. Also, I'm sorry for being away from this blog for so long. Please, be sure to follow me on Tumblr, Twitter and/or Pinterest as well. I tend to at least be active somewhere some of the time.

TTFN,
